Bianca is the oldest. The environment she grew up in was toxic because some of her siblings suffered from mental illness. She was always bullied in school for her size and the color of her skin.
At 16 year old, she became a mother. Bianca says she doesn't encourage teenage pregnancy, but wants people to know that if it does happen, becoming a parent at a young age should not stop a girl from chasing her dreams.
"There's nothing you can't achieve just because you have kids. Children do not stop you, they enhance you," she expressed.
Though she became a parent in high school, she graduated high school with honors and above a 3.5 GPA. She went on to get her Bachelor's in criminology/sociology and Master's in counseling, founded a nonprofit organization (H.E.R Heart Foundation) before she turned 30, and co-authored a bestselling book called "20 Beautiful Women."
Initially, she wanted to become an obstetrician-gynecologist (OB-GYN) but went into it counseling to advocate for her sister. When she studied it, that's when she realized she was "really good at it."
Bianca, also known as Miss BE is now a full-time vocational counselor and life coach, and is wholeheartedly invested in helping others transform themselves and tap into their full potential.
She knows who she is and what she stands for. "Bianca will always be Bianca. My yes is yes. My no is no. Be who you are on and off stage," Bianca said.
Bernadette Kerr , Bianca's best friend, prayer partner, accountability partner, cheerleader says, "Bianca Gambrah is a powerful, connected and vulnerable leader whose goal is to ensure people know they don't have to do life alone. Through her Life Coaching business, Miss.Be Life Coaching Services, the non-profit she co-founded H.E.R Heart Foundation and her annual conference A Whole You, she uses her skills and resources to empower, encourage and equip anyone she meets to creating the life they want."
Rose Michel, Bianca's business partner and client says: "Bianca has such a passion to help others. She ignites fire in people to become their true self. Her skills and personality is superb, but her commitment and love is like no other. Not only has my life become better because I know her but I have tangible results in my personal, spiritual and business life since I have met her. Three Words for Bianca Integrity, Passion, Results. Her yes is her yes and her no is her no."
On December 7th, Bianca is having a conference in New York City called "A whole You," which is a safe space where men and and women can be themselves and learn. Also, next year she has a book coming out about her childhood, and one day plans on building a school in Ghana that fosters social and emotional health.
Bianca's success story is proof that your environment and circumstances should not stop you from growing into the best version of yourself or going after your dreams. She enjoys coaching, continues to feed her mind, and isn't afraid to be vulnerable.
